Photos you upload

When you upload a photo, it is sent to our server to identify the item and create an estimate. The server passes the image to our AI provider for processing. The app does not save uploaded photos in its own database, and the photo is not included in a shared result link.

Results and shared links

Valuation details can be encoded into a share link when you choose to share a result. Anyone with that link may be able to read the valuation details. Do not include private or sensitive information in a photo or listing.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand general site and feature usage, such as when scans are started or completed. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send uploaded photos or the contents of valuation results to Google Analytics.

Third-party services

Depending on configuration, the service may use OpenAI for identification and research, and eBay for current listing comparables. Those providers process requests under their own terms and privacy policies.
